S. Coast Guard and Merchant Marine officer.  Our collective skills include claims analysis and negotiation, software development and maintenance, and computer applications infrastructure.

Our President 

QAnalytics was founded by Robert Luckritz, a claims processing and loss control expert with more than twenty years experience working with Exxon and ExxonMobil.   With Exxon Company, International in Florham Park, NJ, he was the Manager of Quality Assurance and Claims.  QA&C handled loss control and transportation claims for Exxon’s international tanker fleet.  While managing his team of analysts, Dr. Luckritz helped design and operate multiple Claims systems.

Robert Luckritz was the Exxon representative to the API Committee on Marine Accountability, served on several standards working groups, and was recognized for contributions to API measurement standards.  He was also one of the founders of the Institute of Petroleum Loss Control working group, PM-L4 (A&B).  He is a Registered Professional Engineer and has a PhD and Masters in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland.  Prior to ExxonMobil he was a specialist in hazardous materials marine transportation
