We can process claims based upon hard copy files, data feeds from financial, chartering, contracting scheduling or other systems, or other operational tools.  Automated data feeds improve the claims processing efficiencies and reduce costs.

Through the effective utilization of computer software and efficiencies of scale we are able to provide accurate and thorough demurrage and other claims processing at lower cost than in house.  We will be continually enhancing our computer systems to improve our efficiencies.  We plan to develop a new web based claims system that improves our data entry and claims processing.
